Maria Maier
Maria joined the team at Goldstein Law Office in 2007. She is proud of the strong emphasis the firm has on Collaborative Law, but also her ability to zealously represent clients when litigation is necessary. Maria encourages amicable resolution wherever possible to allow clients to keep control over their family issues, rather than relinquish authority to the legal system.
She has substantial and successful experience at the District and Appellate Court levels in a broad range of family law matters, including: complex custody, child support, spousal maintenance, property division, and paternity.
While settlement is always preferable in family law cases, Maria is equipped and prepared to zealously represent her clients through every step of the legal process.
